Hub is our firstborn. Launched in 2006, Hub – known as Teamworks back then – included a simple shared calendar and basic messaging to help sports operations teams efficiently connect and coordinate their staff and athletes.
But our vision for Teamworks was always more ambitious. To truly empower and engage athletes, we needed to build an integrated software platform to support the entire athlete lifecycle. With the acquisition of ten best-in-class products and the launch of the Operating System for Sports™ (OSS), we’re realizing that vision today.
The Top 5 Hub Integrations Driving Innovation
The product that started it all, now called Hub, has quickly evolved. Just as the operations teams we support are the “glue” for their organization, Hub has become the connective tissue within our ecosystem of purpose-built products.
Sitting at the center of the Operating System for Sports™, Hub integrations introduce new efficiencies and innovations. By sharing foundational data across products and with other internal systems, Hub enables your staff to act in unison, with full context, to drive better outcomes for athletes and your organization.
1 - Easy Access
App fatigue and managing multiple passwords are a thing of the past. With Hub, users enjoy a single login for all our products while the app provides a Mobile Front Door, connecting athletes simply to everywhere they need to be, and everything they need to do.
2 - Centralized Roster Management
Hub unifies your organization and breaks down silos by providing a single source of truth for athlete, staff, and team data. By integrating with our products like Notemeal, INFLCR, and Retain, you can eliminate duplicate entry, improve data quality, and be confident that the right people can access current and accurate information.
3 - Shared Calendars
Hub helps ensure athletes know precisely where they need to be and when and provides administrators better visibility into their athletes’ calendars. Training, travel, meals, academic appointments, community service events, and more – the endless daily activity is orchestrated more effectively through integrations with Hub. For example, a dietitian can easily adjust meal times based on an athlete’s schedule that week, and academic advisors can see a student-athlete's sport and academic demands and provide more effective and tailored support.
4 - Consolidated Task List
Athletes and staff can easily manage their on and off-field responsibilities through a single task list. Tasks from other Teamworks products, such as start-of-season forms in ARMS, anonymous Season Recap surveys from Pulse, or study hall sign-ins from Retain appear front-and-center on the Teamworks mobile app.
5 - Open API
Our integration strategy lets you plug Teamworks into your existing systems to uncover additional efficiencies and innovations. The Hub API provides a way for your IT team to easily share Profile and Calendar data with other third-party or internal systems such as league scheduling, scouting, human resources, finance, business intelligence, and more.
