We recently acquired Smartabase, a human performance optimization platform designed to meet the needs of a modern sport or tactical organization. For most clients, Smartabase performs the functions of an athlete management system (AMS), but because of its integration and configuration options, it serves as the global source of truth for an organization’s performance data, including functions like nutrition, medical record keeping, prescription and labs management, or even personnel management.
Yes, Smartabase is available to purchase for all customers - Collegiate, North American Professional Sports Teams, Global Customers, Tactical and National Governing Bodies.
We place high value in our existing customer relationships. As such, existing Teamworks and Smartabase customers will receive preferred pricing when adding additional products to existing contracts. Teamworks Elite Customers will receive additional pricing benefits as part of the Elite program.

Notemeal, a nutrition platform powered by Teamworks, is already integrating with Smartabase. This API integration enables a data feed from Notemeal into Smartabase to unlock the ability to build dashboards using meal-events, data.
Beyond that, there are four baseline integrations that we are working on between Hub and every other product in the Teamworks product suite, including Smartabase.
- Sign in with Teamworks: Enable users to sign in to other apps with Teamworks credentials
- Single Mobile Front Door: Enable users to use Hub as a jumping off point to access other Teamworks products
- Roster Management: Provide admins with the ability to manage user access across integrated products from a centralized portal
- Profile Sync: Keep profile information up-to-date across apps by pushing profile data from Teamworks to other apps (one-way sync)
Further integrations between Teamworks and Smartabase are in discussion within the product development teams and will be shared when more information is available.
