With the 2024 NFL Combine just around the corner, we’re thrilled to share how Teamworks’ Hub and Notemeal products will again play a pivotal role in optimizing operations and ensuring an outstanding experience for athletes and staff alike. The Combine offers a chance for NFL prospects nationwide to take the next step in their journey. Teamworks has supported the NFL Combine for three years, starting with Notemeal, the premier performance nutrition platform, in 2020. Building on this success, the NFL has expanded its utilization of  Teamworks technology to our operations tool Hub, granting players and staff access to a centralized communication and scheduling solution throughout the four-day event.

One Source of Truth

Throughout the four days, Hub will anchor teams to consolidate communication, scheduling, travel, and more so players and staff can access all the information they need via a convenient mobile app. As most athletes already use Hub in college, there will be a familiarity with Teamworks as the one-stop mobile platform for the 300+ Combine athletes, 90+ NFL staff, and 25 Combine personnel. Each player will have a Hub profile set up in advance, allowing them to view their daily schedule, helping them plan for, arrive on time, and participate in every event without missing anything. Athletes and their scout escorts can access complete travel itineraries directly from their phones. Players and personnel will send and receive messages through Hub, consolidating communication at the Combine and eliminating scattered texts and WhatsApp messages. 

Personalization: Anytime, Anywhere

With the Teamworks Hub and Notemeal integration, athlete profiles are synched, so players don’t have to enter repetitive data separately into Notemeal to choose food options.

Throughout the four-day event, Notemeal provides a digital menu ordering solution so that athletes can pre-order a wide range of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack options so they can grab and go between sessions. This personalization and flexibility drive engagement amongst athletes and staff, ensuring they stay focused on their schedule, well-being and upcoming priorities.
