With over a decade of experience as Head of Compliance, first at Santa Clara University and most recently at The University of Arizona, Kyle has navigated the intricate web of NCAA rules and regulations with finesse, earning him a reputation as a trusted authority in the world of collegiate athletics. His extensive background includes leading compliance offices at prestigious institutions, where he honed his skills in managing complex compliance matters and fostering a culture of integrity and accountability. 

Now, Kyle has taken the next step in his career, joining the team at Teamworks, the Operating System for Sport. In his previous experience, Kyle had the opportunity to leverage various compliance tools, from traditional pen-and-paper methods to advanced software solutions.
