How has Teamworks impacted your program?
The players have a better feel for the schedule and what we’re doing, which makes them more aware of what’s expected of them each day. Teamworks keeps our players more organized and in a better place, mentally. They can see everything that’s going on right on their phones, and they know it’s up to date.
What was your initial reaction to Teamworks?
From day one, I thought it was great. Efficiency is the first word that comes to mind when I think of Teamworks. The fact that you can integrate everything, and everyone can be on the same page is perfect for any program or organization.
How have your athletes and staff responsed?
They love the efficiency in communication and how easy it is to use. We had problems with the systems we used before, so Teamworks was a quick, seamless way to make updates and communicate with everyone. The players especially love that they can go to one source to get all the information they need. Our players also do a great job using it as their personal planner.
What is your favorite feature of Teamworks?
I love the check availability feature. We have several different groups that we meet with throughout the week. It’s really nice to be able to schedule everything on Teamworks because we can quickly see when each person is busy.
How would you describe the value of Teamworks?
The value of Teamworks is in the coordination and efficiency. Teamworks makes it much easier for everyone to be on the same page, including our athletic trainers, our sports supervisor or our director of media relations, because they can all see what we’re doing. The ability to make last minute changes and be sure that everyone knows the changes happened has been invaluable. I would highly recommend Teamworks to other programs.
