WILMINGTON, NC – The University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW) is excited to announce its elevated partnership with Teamworks Elite. This collaboration will provide UNCW staff and athletes with a comprehensive suite of tools and resources, including Teamworks Hub, ARMS, Retain, and INFLCR. 

Mike Oblinger, UNCW Athletic Director, brought experience with various Teamworks products from his previous institution, UConn. This prior insight catalyzed the introduction of this technology to UNCW. Since its integration, Oblinger has expressed appreciation for this partnership: “We are appreciative for the Teamworks technology to help our team to enhance the student-athlete experience here at UNCW.”

UNCW’s journey with Teamworks was driven by the desire to create an unparalleled student-athlete experience. After utilizing Teamworks Hub, an organizational and communications product, and ARMS, the leader in compliance, UNCW recognized the operational efficiencies technology could provide to their team. Building on this foundation, they adopted more Teamworks technology, including Retain, to support their academics team, and INFLCR, which has empowered student-athletes to monetize their Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) through the Seahawk Exchange.
