As we’ve seen the number of applications for the Academy increase with each class, it’s clear that athletes are seeking meaningful ways to start their careers. We’re proud to provide this mutually advantageous opportunity.”Launched in Summer 2018, Teamworks Academy is designed to help former athletes transition from athletic careers to the business world. The program combines personal and professional development skills with hands-on work at the company. Academy members receive training in customer support and service; written and verbal communication; analytical and critical thinking; problem-solving and business acumen.
