Samford, INFLCR Sign Multi-Year, Department-Wide Agreement

Samford University and INFLCR are launching a multi-year, department-wide partnership, making the Bulldogs the company’s first client from the Southern Conference.

Bulldogs student-athletes, coaches and staff will gain access to photos, videos and graphics created by Samford Athletics and delivered through the INFLCR software and mobile app, to share on their personal social-media channels.

“We’re excited to join the INFLCR family. INFLCR’s innovative platform will allow our Creative Services team here at Samford Athletics to better tell our student-athlete stories while providing our program’s instant access to personalized digital content,” said Matt Jones, Samford Senior Associate AD for External.

INFLCR now serves more than 100 NCAA collegiate athletic programs, representing more than 700 teams and more than 22,000 athletes.

“Samford has a rich history and great story to tell. The student-athletes who represent the brand are now empowered with content at their fingertips to tell that story in their own voice as they compete for championships in the Southern Conference.”

How It Works

INFLCR’s platform helps clients like Samford University send internal media and national photography content to personalized galleries for each of their athletes, coaches and other brand ambassadors.

Those athletes and brand ambassadors are able to access their content galleries through the INFLCR mobile app, and can then share the content to their personal social media accounts.

After the fact, Samford is able to measure the increased audience engagement coming from the much-larger collective audience of those athletes and brand ambassadors.

Samford plans to use this approach to bolster their online presence in a way that impacts event attendance, recruiting, fundraising, and other strategic goals.
