INFLCR is excited to welcome LMU to the team with a three year, department-wide deal. Lions student-athletes, coaches and staff will gain access to photos, videos and graphics created by LMU Athletics and delivered through the INFLCR software and mobile app, to share on their personal social media channels.
“INFLCR is a game changer for our university, athletic department and our basketball program,” said LMU Head Men’s Basketball Coach Stan Johnson.
“We have an incredible story to tell here at LMU and this gives our student athletes and teams the proper platform to do so, while expanding the Brand of Loyola Marymount University Athletics through social media.”
LMU joins INFLCR as the first partner from the West Coast Conference (WCC) to sign on with a department-wide partnership. INFLCR now serves over 700 teams and 22,000 athletes.
“The student-athletes at LMU have such great stories to tell, and we’re excited to help them leverage all the great content being created by LMU Athletics,” said INFLCR CEO Jim Cavale.
“Helping their student-athletes grow their digital footprints on social media will put LMU ahead of the curve as we see more changes coming soon to college sports.”
How It Works
INFLCR’s platform helps clients like Loyola Marymount University send internal media and national photography content to personalized galleries for each of their athletes, coaches and other brand ambassadors.
Those athletes and brand ambassadors are able to access their content galleries through the INFLCR mobile app, and can then share the content to their personal social media accounts.
After the fact, LMU is able to measure the increased audience engagement coming from the much-larger collective audience of those athletes and brand ambassadors.
LMU plans to use this approach to bolster their online presence in a way that impacts event attendance, recruiting, fundraising, and other strategic goals.
