He's passionate about helping teams drive success by showing them how to save time and work together more efficiently.When he isn't talking to coaches, he's coaching his two sons' teams. He also loves attending sporting events (especially his hometown Carolina Hurricanes) and spending time with his family at the beach. Three fun facts about Mike:1. Although he claims North Carolina as his home, he was born in Italy and graduated high school in Germany.2. He made the most of the summer solstice in 2003 by making a hole-in-one.3.
