BASKETBALL LEADERSHIP COMMITTEE 2019The Basketball Leadership Committee unites a group of the top NCAA Division I Women’s and Men’s Basketball directors of operations. Representing ten universities and eight conferences, the committee will join in collaboration to effectively and efficiently engage student-athletes, both on and off the court.The agenda will focus on open discussions and collaboration to drive best practices and share unique use cases for engaging and empowering student-athletes, ultimately encouraging a holistic approach to student-athlete engagement across Division I basketball.This continues a series of Leadership Committees hosted by Teamworks, with both collegiate and professional groups convening in Durham. Last year, the inaugural Basketball Leadership Committee brought together eleven Division I basketball operations personnel to collaborate on the best practices of running an elite college basketball program.“How effectively a basketball program adopts technology can make a huge difference in program success,” said Rachel Stockdale, Executive Director of Basketball Operations at North Carolina State University. “Teamworks plays a crucial role in helping me make sure the team communicates efficiently and effectively so our athletes can focus on the big picture.
